Reporting and attribution

Measure the complete funnel without presenting assumptions as customer results.

Separate observed weather and data coverage from eligible contacts, provider acceptance, responses, appointments, signed work, collected revenue, margin, complaints, and opt-outs.

Operating workflow

01

Instrument

Give events, records, actions, replies, appointments, and jobs stable identifiers and explicit timestamps.

02

Reconcile

Connect provider callbacks and business outcomes while retaining failures, exclusions, duplicates, and cancellations.

03

Learn

Compare forecast assumptions with actual funnel rates and economics by event, market, trade, channel, and cohort.

Activation review

Questions the demo should answer

  • Which values are observed, provider reported, customer entered, inferred, or modeled?
  • Are denominators, exclusions, duplicates, and attribution windows visible?
  • Can a signed job and collected revenue be verified in the customer system?
  • Are complaints, opt-outs, refunds, cancellations, and cost included beside upside?

Evidence boundary

Modeled pipeline value is useful for planning but must never be labeled as realized revenue, profit, or a guaranteed result.
