    There is no universal response-time promise. Timing depends on source freshness, event review, property coverage, enrichment availability, consent and suppression controls, customer approval, and channel-provider readiness. The product is designed to keep those steps in one measurable workflow so your team can see and remove delays.
  • 02 /Do you do outbound calling?
    AI and prerecorded voice are not available for general launch use and remain disabled pending provider and control verification. Ringless voicemail is not available for general launch use and must not be treated as a consent-free alternative to a call. The current launch path is storm intelligence, operator review, and email-first activation after account, budget, sender/provider, audience, and compliance approval.
  • 03 /Is AI-STORMS a digital door knocking agency?
    No. Agencies sell managed campaign labor and appointment setting. AI-STORMS is storm-response infrastructure: event intake, property discovery, enrichment, eligibility controls, approved outreach, response handling, and outcome measurement stay in your account. Optional concierge help supports activation without promising revenue.
