Capability map

A controlled path from storm signal to customer outcome.

AI-STORMS is not a magic lead counter. It is an operating system for reviewing storm opportunities, approving eligible actions, handling responses, and learning from outcomes the business can verify.

Six connected capability layers

01

Storm intelligence workspace

Bring configured weather observations into a common event model.

  • Source, timestamp, event type, severity, and geography
  • Feed freshness and source-health state
  • Territory and threshold context
  • Public NWS-backed map when the source is available

Boundary: A weather signal identifies where to investigate; it does not prove damage at a property.

02

Impact-area property research

Build a reviewable set of potentially affected properties.

  • Geographic candidate selection
  • Available property and owner fields
  • Contact-enrichment status and provenance
  • Exports for approved downstream use

Boundary: Coverage varies by source. Missing data, identity, deliverability, and intent must not be inferred as verified.

03

Eligibility and activation review

Make the decision to use a channel explicit and auditable.

  • Consent-evidence fields
  • Customer and provider suppression inputs
  • Quiet-hour, budget, and message review
  • Channel and provider readiness checks

Boundary: Software controls do not guarantee legal compliance. Voice, text, and ringless voicemail are consent-sensitive.

04

Campaign and provider orchestration

Prepare approved records, messages, schedules, budgets, and provider handoffs without implying that every channel is live.

  • Email-first workflow review
  • Account, budget, sender, audience, and content approval
  • Provider acceptance and failure context
  • Account-scoped limits and stop conditions

Boundary: SMS, AI voice, ringless voicemail, Meta, Google, and YouTube campaigns are not generally available at launch. A connector or template does not activate delivery.

05

Response and appointment workspace

Help operators qualify interest and schedule serviceable work.

  • Inbound and outbound conversation context
  • Appointment and calendar surfaces
  • Lead and event context for operators
  • Status and ownership review

Boundary: A provider event or calendar row is not a conversion until it is durably linked to the correct account, lead, workflow, and outcome.

06

Outcome measurement

Connect operating decisions to results the business can verify.

  • Event and campaign attribution
  • Response and appointment measures
  • Signed-job and realized-revenue inputs
  • Cost, margin, complaint, and opt-out guardrails

Boundary: Modeled opportunity, assumed close rates, and scenario output must remain separate from realized revenue and margin.

Launch truth

Know what you can evaluate, what needs approval, and what is not generally available.

Available now

Storm intelligence + operator review

Review available source-backed weather observations, source health, territory context, and candidate impact areas. Review property research, data provenance, eligibility inputs, capacity, and budget before approving downstream work.

Approval required

Email-first outreach

Email is the first launch channel considered after billing, account scope, budget, sender/provider, audience, and compliance controls are approved.

Not generally available

SMS · AI or prerecorded voice · Ringless voicemail · Meta ads · Google ads · YouTube ads

These channels are not activated by a trial, plan selection, connector, template, or saved contact. Availability must be confirmed during onboarding before it is included in an operating plan.

Production-readiness gate

Do not scale outbound until these statements are provably true.

  1. 1Source freshness and failure states are visible.
  2. 2Property and contact provenance is preserved.
  3. 3Consent evidence and suppression behavior are tested for each channel.
  4. 4Provider authentication, callbacks, retries, and idempotency are verified.
  5. 5Replies and appointments exit active follow-up workflows.
  6. 6Actual jobs, revenue, margin, complaints, and opt-outs can be reconciled.

Feature questions

Does AI-STORMS automate every step?

No. The product is designed to automate repeatable data movement and orchestration while keeping source validation, contact eligibility, customer approval, and outcome reconciliation explicit. Some decisions should remain gated rather than automatic.

Does AI-STORMS guarantee TCPA or DNC compliance?

No. Eligibility depends on the recipient, seller, purpose, channel, consent evidence, suppression sources, timing, and applicable law. The product can organize controls and evidence but cannot replace qualified counsel or guarantee compliance.

What does the 14-day platform-access trial include?

The 14-day platform-access trial is a safe product evaluation for configuring a territory, reviewing available storm intelligence, and walking through the approval workflow. It does not include real paid property/contact data, lead generation, or outbound delivery. Real lead generation requires a saved payment method, active billing, approved account scope and budget, and verified data providers. Any outreach also requires approved provider, sender, audience, consent, suppression, timing, content, and workflow controls.

How should a team evaluate production readiness?

Use a real territory and test source failure, missing data, suppression, opt-out, provider rejection, duplicate delivery, replies, appointments, workflow exits, and closed-job attribution before scaling spend or outbound volume.
